You agree that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your content or the consent of a parent or guardian if the person is under 16 years of age.

You shall not submit any content that is intended to advertise or promote a business. Moving to the UK reserves the right to remove any content deemed to be advertising material.

Moving to the UK reserves the right to use none, part or all of your submission, to edit or remove any material submitted without prior notice or any liability to you and may delete any contribution published onto its Websites at any time.

If you do not want to grant to Moving to the UK the above rights or cannot provide the warranties set out above, please do not submit any content to the Websites.

Our Websites may contain links to other third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Moving to the UK. These links are provided for your convenience of access. If you use these links you will leave the Websites and visit any linked site at your own risk. Moving to the UK is not responsible for any content, products or services available on any other website. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by Moving to the UK of those linked websites and Moving to the UK shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

If you enter a Moving to the UK competition, you are consenting to share your email address with Moving to the UK for marketing purposes.

• The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over.

• Proof of identity and age may be required.

• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Moving to the UK and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

• Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

• The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

• The winner(s) is(are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary postage and packaging costs for delivery from the prize suppliers.

• Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

• Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

• One standard entry per person per competition.

• The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

• Prizes are subject to availability and the prize supplier's terms and conditions.

• In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

• The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material.

• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.

• The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.

• The winner must reply to the winning email within 15 working days, failure to do so will result in a new winner being generated.

• Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).

• By entering any competitions, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Use and rules/or specific terms of use appearing on the Websites relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail. In the event that any term of these Terms and Conditions of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions of Use are intended to be effective, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall remain valid and enforceable. No failure by Moving to the UK to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions of Use will be deemed to be a waiver of such rights or a bar to their exercise or enforcement in the future.
